What is redemption?
We
have a
rewards catalogue with wide range of products, vouchers and Airtel
products
like talk time, bill discount, etc.
You
can choose
your product and redeem the same through call centre. Shortly we will
be starting
the redemption facility by calling our call centre at 12181 and through
website. Till then, you may continue to accumulate more points.

How will I redeem my points?
The
reward
points can be redeemed against exciting gifts that are mentioned in our
catalogue. All the gifts can be redeemed by calling our call centre.
You can
also redeem these points for Airtel products like talk time, bill
discount,
etc.

How can I redeem my points?
You
can place
your redemption order through website or at call centre.
For
redemption
through website, you need to register online and place the order for a
product
of your choice.
For
call
centre redemption, you need to call the call centre from your Airtel
mobile.
The agent will help you choose the product depending on the category
your
desire. Once the product is identified the agent will confirm the
address
(Shipping address) and the product. The redemption request would be
placed in
our system and the order number conveyed to you. The product will be
delivered
to you in 12 working days

How many times can I redeem?
You
can redeem
points as many times as you wish. All redemptions will depend on the
number of
points accumulated by you.

Am I restricted to redeem only Airtel products in this program?
No.
there is
no restriction. We have a wide range of products in the catalogue,
whether it
is household products, gifts, personal products or vouchers. You can
choose
from mobile phones, cameras, bed spreads, decorative items and a lot
more.
6.
Do all products have a warranty period?
Some
of the
electronic and electrical products have a manufacturer?s warranty and
the same
would be available.
7.
What will be the TAT for redemption orders placed at the Call Centre?
All
the orders
where a product has to be shipped to you will be delivered within 12
working
days.
8.
I have placed an order for one product can you please swap it with
another
product?
I am
sorry to
inform you that once an order is placed in the system it may not be
possible to
swap the order.
9.
If the item is not delivered within the 12 days, can I cancel the order?
In
case of any
delay in shipment of product due to stock issues we will intimate you.
Cancellation
of order not delivered beyond 12 days is possible only if the item has
not been
shipped out. If the product has been shipped out cancellation may not
be
possible
10.
When can the order be cancelled?
Your
orders
where a product is to be shipped to your address, can only be cancelled
on the
same day of you having placed the order. Points will be credited back
to your
account.
For
Airtel
products like Bill discounts and talk time, the redemption is credited
to your
account on real time; an order once placed cannot be cancelled.
11.
What if I receive a wrong/damaged product?
The
product
will be replaced if you call us within three working days from the date
of
delivery of the product. You need to return the product by post or by
courier
to the address as given to you on call within seven days. Please retain
invoice
/ receipt received from the Postal Dept/ Courier.
Once
the
product is received at the address, the points will be credited back to
your
account. You have the choice to reorder the product thereafter.
12.
If the delivery has been delayed and the customer is not ready to
accept the
product?
Please
do not
accept the package. Once we get the product back we will cancel the
order and
credit your points back to your account.
